BOA Group Opens new Hi-Tech Facility in the Netherlands

BOA Group, a leading provider of flexible components for bridging and securing demanding environments, has opened a new production facility in the Netherlands to meet the growing demand for its’ products in the high purity sector.

The 4000 m2 plant, located in Tilburg, features a totally dedicated facility for its purified solutions business which provides ultra-clean technical bridging solutions for its’ customers in the semi-conductor, aerospace, food, pharmaceutical and other high-technology industries such as Cryogenic pumps which need to be absolutely free of humidity.

In particular, the new plant features a brand new ‘state-of-the-art’ clean room which allows BOA to produce Ultra High Purity components produced in ISO 14644-1 Class 7, 6 & 5 cleanroom conditions to completely eliminate water, contaminants and particles greater than 1/18th of the width of a human hair.

Over the past 12 months, BOA has increased its local workforce by 25% to 50 people and further expansion is expected in the coming year.  The new facility has the capacity to meet the projected growth in demand for many years.

In addition to the increased production capacity, BOA also anticipates further improvements in quality and service levels, in particular flexibility in delivery schedules to meet the requirements of the ever developing semi-conductor industry.

As well as high purity solutions, BOA also offers a wide range of industrial product including hoses, bellows and expansion joints with applications in many industries including aerospace, power generation, chemical processing, industrial gases, engines and construction infrastructure applications.
