As part of our programme to enhance levels of customer service and streamline our operations, we are delighted to announce the opening of three new customer service centres and the formation of a dedicated ‘Customer Coordination’ function.
Specifically to meet the ongoing and future needs of our Swiss customers, BOA is delighted to announce the opening of a new Customer Service Centre in Lucerne, Switzerland. Opening on 1st July 2014, our new Customer service Centre will provide sales, commercial and technical support for our customers. The Swiss Service Centre will also feature a fully equipped materials laboratory which will provide a full range of diagnostic and technical support services for our international customer base.
In Austria and the Czech Republic, BOA has acquired the balance of the shares in BBA Austria. These companies, which are now known as BOA Austria and BOA Czech Republic, will also provide local dedicated sales and technical support for customers in these countries.
We have also reorganised our customer support organization to better meet the needs of our customers and improve our levels of customer service. Known as ‘Customer Coordination Teams’ this new structure will be the main point of contact for all commercial and administrative support. The teams have been organized by market segment to provide a high degree of focus and technical support for our customers. In addition, each team has multi lingual capability, to ease and simplify communications.
