Our EGR pipes are vital for transporting hot exhaust gas at high and low pressure. For this, we recommend using stainless steel grades (1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4828) which work up to 900°C, avoiding corrosion and pipe deformation under temperature. The corrugations provide flexibility, improve durability and reduce overall weight by using ultra-thin pipes. Our standart lines are 20 – 32mm in diameter and have wall typical thicknesses from 0.2 – 0.5mm. Additional flange, special fittings, o-rings and gaskets ensure no leakage to fullfill Requirements to meet European 4, 5, 6 emission regulation standards.

Our fully recyclable stainless steel solutions are completely reliable in harsh environments and resistant to the thermal radiation of turbochargers. The following grades of stainless steel (1.4301, 1.4541, 1.4571) are effective for this application as they can work up to 600°C. These connecting parts are available in standarts from 14,6 to 20 mm diameters with wall thickness of 0,25 or 0,3 mm. However other sizes can be developed as well.
Our air tubes are of superior quality and fully sustainable using 1.4301 and 1.4541 grades of stainless steel.
