At BOA Automotive, we are masters at developing unique connecting parts to transport fluid and gas in fuel systems. We design and build mini bellows for fuel injection, capsules for high-pressure pumps and flexible hoses for fuel and air conditioning systems. Whatever you need for your fuel system, we are able to deliver. We custom-make components and modules that stand the test of time now and in the future.

Our precision mini bellows are perfect for fuel injection and high-pressure pumps. They are the smallest component in our portfolio, with a minimum size of 3mm in diameter. We have produced these on a fully automated line for gasoline and diesel applications. The benefits? Complete sealing of high dynamic moving parts, high-pressure resistance, low stiffness and high cycle durability. With the added value of corrosion resistance and leak-tightness.

We produce these with seamless or welded tubes and with or without additional welded end parts. You name it, we make it!

Our capsules for high-pressure pumps are exceptional for compensating volume changes with low stiffness, high cycle durability and with a special ultra-high vacuum tightness (10-8 mbarl/s). The fuel and air conditioning hoses at BOA are flexible, leak-tight, corrosion resistant and fuel- and high-pressure resistant.
